I have spent my working life studying high performing people, trying to work out how they create success and then passing on this vital information to others. In the 80's my insight was that great companies delight customers not just provide service. So we helped hundreds of businesses to start delighting. ![]() In the 90's we found that most businesses do not have a robust shared strategy because they had no process. We discovered the Gerard Egan process and this is now used by hundreds of UK businesses to build great businesses. Since 2000 we have been studying successful entrepreneurs because nobody had any idea how they did it. The results, in 2009-2010, called EntreCodeŽ, has been used by many organisations to innovate, change and build their businesses. The experiences and tools from this journey are available to you through this website. ![]() ![]() He is the author of three top selling business books, Hallmarks for Successful Business, In the Company of Heroes and Doing the Business.
