THE ENTRECODEŽ APPROACH TO PRODUCING RESULTS BEYOND EXPECTATIONS This paper outlines the EntrecodeŽ approach which has produced results on average 6 times corporate client's expectations. The approach has been built into a business and is now being marketed world-wide. THE ENTRECODEŽ STORY This paper tells the story of the development of the EntrecodeŽ over a 15 year period. It chronicles the research process, the insights and the milestones that were developed over the period. It sets out the range of possibilities using the EntrecodeŽ in a variety of contexts. RESEARCH FINDINGS IN TO THE WAY ENTREPRENEURS START AND BUILD HIGH GROWTH BUSINESSES This paper summarises the EntreCodeŽ model which emerged from a 2 year research project. The 'Cracking the Code' project was sponsored by Business Link South Yorkshire and Yorkshire Forward and identified how entrepreneurs start and build successful businesses. This new information is shaping the way that business support organisations work with entrepreneurs. REMOVING THE VIRUS THAT CONSTRAINS ORGANISATIONAL SUCCESS Large organisations suffer from a virus which really does inhibit innovation and change. Our research suggests that this is caused by a number of factors which can be addressed. This enables organisations to revitalise and reinvent themselves. EFFECTIVE HIGH GROWTH START UP BUSINESS SUPPORT IN SOUTH YORKSHIRE This paper outlines 3 years of research and development into the way entrepreneur's start and build successful enterprises. This led to completely re-developing the business start up system in South Yorkshire and is now producing results way beyond expectations. INSIGHTS FROM FACILITATING ENTREPRENURIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WITHIN ESTABLISHED ORGANISATIONS The EntreCodeŽ research conducted over 3 years into how entrepreneurs built successful enterprises has been developed into a programme that helps corporate businesses to innovate, revitalise and reinvent themselves. Eight case studies are using the models and processes and the lessons identified are summarised in this paper. EMPOWERING MANAGEMENT DEVELOPERS This paper explains why traditional approaches to management development have been largely unsuccessful. It outlines seven approaches that have proven to help managers to grow and develop. The paper first appeared in 'Management Today' and led to a series of one day events for people interested in developing management in more effective ways. INTRODUCING THE ENTRENET A Q and A introduction to the most frequently asked questions about the EntreNet. The EntreNet is a business development process based upon entrepreneurs learning from each other. This has been shown to be one of the ways entrepreneurs prefer to find solutions to their processes. "The EntreNet transformed my way of thinking. It contributed hugely to the growth of both the business and myself over a 12 month period", was a typical response to an Entrepreneur who experienced the process. DEVELOPING THE BUSINESS BY DEVELOPING THE MANAGERS AND LEADERS This paper is based upon the work of Professor Gerard Egan's book Adding Value. It summarises how to help Managers and Leaders to add value to their businesses. It demonstrates the need to move towards a results orientated approach to leadership.
